This remarkable watch is build on the famous Tambour case. Inside Louis Vuitton Tambour Mystérieuse you can find its first in-house movement-LV115. It looks so magnificent, because it is floating between the sapphire crystal and case back which is also transparent. LV115 Calibre is a manually wound mechanical movement. It has the power reserve even for 8 days. There are no details released by LV telling us how this mechanism is related to the case of the watch. The charm of the movement is even bigger it is finished by expensive jewels. The support of two transparent sapphire disks front and back with two hands tells time in a clear and futuristic way. The appearance of the movement is for sure one of the most impressive I’ve ever seen in wristwatches.
Louis Vuitton Tambour Mystérieuse is manufactured in three versions: First, basic model with clean and pure lines, Second – the quite sophisticated design with modern, contemporary style and the last one – an incredibly dazzling “highest-end” design. Well, the prices starts from 250,000 US dollars – it is the lowest price for the basic model. I’m sure it is a very big sum of money for most of people living on this planet, just like me. To make its construction a bit cheaper LV can customize each Tambour Mystérieuse, with smaller case and without expensive materials. The cheaper case, 42.5mm is available in yellow, rose, or white gold or platinum. The jewels that make up the power reserve indicator can also be customized or removed. Challenging customers can choose from diamonds, rubies sapphires and other precious stones. This watch can be changed in whatever way you like. The only limit is your account statement.
